This is to bring in the notice of Director School Education, Jammu towards the school timing which has been changed from 8 am – 2 pm to 10 am – 4 pm in Jammu division schools. However, this timing does not suit neither students nor teachers in view of evening classes conducted from 4 pm to 6 pm. As a result of it, girl students can’t remain outside their homes for a pretty long time as the days are short in winter. Besides, students who go for tuitions also suffer, as their tutors are reluctant to reschedule their timing. Hope, the Director may take cognizance of the matter as bring changes in time schedule.
