Sir,
The School Education Administrative Department Civil Secretariat Srinagar issued a notification/Circular dated May 8, 2015 regarding the regularisation of I/c CEOs, Principals, Lecturers, Headmasters, and ZEPOs etc with the direction to all the CEOs to submit the consolidated list of the incharge employees for their regularisation within a stipulated period of 10 days.
But it is very much strange that since then over 8 months have lapsed and not a single regularisation order of the said incharge employees has been issued till today.
Therefore, a fervent plea is made to the Commissioner-cum-Secretary to Government J&K School Education Department to kindly direct all the CEOs/DSEJ/DSEK to submit the consolidated list of the above mentioned employees as desired and directed by the J&K School Education Administrative Department and to issue final orders of regularisation of the incharge officers and officials at an earliest.
