Sir,
I beg to draw the kind attention of the CM of J&K State towards the following a few lines.
That among 1500 teachers who have been promoted as I/C masters in 03/2013 there are about 125 migrant teachers who have been elevated as I/c Masters. Among 125 migrant teachers the then Education Minister Tara Chand adjusted only 22 teachers in the camp schools and other 103 teachers are still waiting for their adjustment and their services are being utilized for teaching +2 classes in absence and dearth of lectures as these promoted masters are mostly postgraduates.
It is requested to the Chief Minister to adjust these promoted masters in camp schools at various locations in Jammu, so that these masters do not suffer from further dislocation and be able to support their old parents and young immature kids in deplorable conditions and also the functioning of migrant camp schools does not suffer and students studies continue in absence/dearth of lectures.
Yours etc…
