Kind attention of the Advisor to the Governor J&K State is drawn towards the fact that since (2012-13) only the dropout/backlog in charge lecturers of Political Science and some masters have recently been regularized as lecturers and masters respectively and the rest of I/C Officers and Officials viz CEO(s), ZEO(s), Lecturer(s), Headmasters etc. have not been regularized till today despite the fact that the J&K School Education Administrative Department has received all the inputs-Service Particulars etc. of the aforesaid Officers and Officials through proper channel i.e right from DDO(s) to Directors- DSEJ/DSEK.
It is worthwhile to mention it here that most of these officers and officials have retired and many more are likely to retire in the near future and unfortunately some have passed away without seeing their regularization orders. In this context, we approached the concerned authorities and submitted many memoranda to them and also highlighted this problem – genuine demand through print and electronic media and only verbal assurances were made by these authorities and nothing came to frutition in the shape of issuance of the formal orders of the regularization despite the fact that the J&K Govt. , School Education Deptt. Constituted a Regularization Committee.
Therefore, forceful plea is made to the Advisor (G) to the Governor J&K State to kindly direct the concerned authorities to issue the formal orders of the regularization at an earliest.
