Sir,
Kind attention of the Secretary to Government School Education Department and Director School Education Jammu is drawn towards the following submissions for favour of their consideration and immediate action/orders thereon :
That ten months ago the J&K School Education Administrative Department issued promotion orders of PG Masters/teachers as I/C lecturers in various subjects viz sociology, mathematics, economics, history and political science vide various Government orders dated 26/02/2014.
Besides, promotion orders of PG masters/teachers in the discipline of english, physics and chemistry were also issued as I/C lecturers couple of months ago.
But it is strange and surprising that their adjustment orders have not till date been issued whereas their counterparts have been adjusted by the Director School Education Kashmir since long.
As such the students are suffering from non-availability of lecturers and the promotees as well.
There are some drop out cases in the discipline of english and non-joining slots in many disciplines which need to be filled up soon.
There are reportedly 182 posts of lecturers vacant in mathematics subjects and many post of lecturers vacant in english, economics, history, sociology, persian and urdu which also need to be filled up after framing updated strict seniority lists and displaying them on the website of both the directorates.
Therefore, keeping aforesaid submissios a forceful plea is made to the Secretary to Government, J&K School Education Department, and the Director School Education Jammu to kindly issue orders of the adjustment of promoted lecturers of Jammu Division, issuance of orders of dropout cases of english subject and filling of the vacant post of lecturers.
