Sir,
We seek to draw the attention of the Governor J&K State N N Vohra towards the following submissions :
That eleven months ago the J&K School Education Administrative Department issued promotion orders of PG Masters/Teachers as I/C Lecturers in various subjects viz Sociology, Mathematics, Economics, History and Political Science vide various Govt orders all bearing dated 26.02.2014. Besides promotion orders of PG Masters/Teachers in the discipline of English, Physics and Chemistry were also issued as I/C Lecturers.
But, it is strange and surprising that our adjustment orders have not been issued by the Director School Education, Jammu till date whereas our counterparts have been adjusted by the Director School Education, Kashmir since long in the month of June 2014.
That as a consequence of it the students are suffering for non-availability of the Lecturers and the Promotees as well.
That there are some drop out cases in the discipline of English and some non-joining slots in many subjects which need to be filled up. Besides there are many posts of lecturers vacant in Mathematics, Urdu, Persian and Sociology subjects as well reportedly and the names of those lecturers who have been promoted in one subject may kindly be deleted from the seniority list of lecturers of other subject(s) to do away with the doubling etc.
That it is pertinent to mention that we requested the Chief Secretary, Secretary to Govt J&K School Education Department and Director, School Education, Jammu for issuance of our adjustment orders time and again verbally as well as through print media and to redress all the aforesaid problems.
Therefore, keeping the aforesaid submissions and facts in view it is requested to kindly direct the Secretary, J&K School Education Department and Director School Education, Jammu to issue immediate formal adjustment orders in our favour so that the students and the promotees do not suffer further more and also to issue the orders of promotions in other disciplines as well.
