Play ‘Chor Chor Mousere Bhai’ staged

JAMMU, July 26: Viraj Kala Kendra today presented play ‘Chor Chor Mousere Bhai’ at Sri Mata Vaishno Devi University.
The play was written and directed by Rajneesh Gupta.
It revolves around the theme that we should not apt short-cuts to achieve success.
Ashrif, the main character in the play starts a marriage bureau and fixes marriage of his over aged cousin Fatima with an old man, Kale Khan.
Fatima gets the proposal of marriage from a young and handsome boy Wasim so she refuses Khan who in confusion takes wife of Ashrif, Nusrat as Fatima and started flirting with her.
Ashrif pretends not to have seen anything because Khan had offered him big money.
When Khan crossed all limits, Nusrat discloses that she is wife of Ashrif.
Meanwhile Wasim deceives Fatima and was in fact Sheikh-servant of Ashrif who plundered the wealth of Fatima.
At last Ashrif and Sheikh bows not to deceive anyone and starts a simple and honest life.
The artists who performed in the play were J.R Sagar, Pawan Verma, Meera Tapasvi, Rajni Bhatti, Love Anand, Tarun Sharma and Rakesh Chalotra.
