JAMMU, Jul 5: Jammu, July 4: The Planning Development and Monitoring Department has been named as the Nodal Department for the implementation of Phase-II of the Vibrant Village Programme (VVP-II) in Jammu and Kashmir, while the Administrative Secretary of the department has been designated as the Nodal Officer.
