JAMMU, Nov 5: Taking stock of the emerging political scenario in the country and the situation arising out due to the scheduled visit of Prime Minister, Narendra Modi to the State, Panun Kashmir organized the emergency meeting here today.
Expressing serious concern over the flawed policy of Central Government on Jammu and Kashmir, Vijay Bhat said,” Modi Government has to understand that any compromise on Jammu and Kashmir based on the Vajpayee –Musharaff formula or any other formula  that gives parity to Pakistan in the State will lead the Indian nation on the path of balkanization. And by framing Agenda of Alliance with PDP by compromising the national commitment on Jammu and Kashmir BJP has shown that it is another version of Congress that has accommodated  and accepted the Mufti led PDP’s joint sovereignty, non territorial settlement and dual currency anti national scheme  under the garb of Agenda of Alliance. Panun Kashmir rejects all frameworks that are meant to dilute the sovereignty of Indian nation over the frontline Himalayan State of Jammu and Kashmir.’
Setting the Agenda for PM Modi, Vijay Bhat said,”the only framework that upholds Indian nation in Jammu and Kashmir is the political re organization of the State into separate Homeland  for Kashmiri Pandits as envisaged in the “Margdarshan Resolution-of 1991” adopted unanimously by the community, separate Jammu State, Union territory status for Ladakh and one time settlement of PoJK refugees of 1947. Nationalist minorities of the erstwhile princely State reject the communal hegemony of the Jihadi separatism and appeal to the PM to set the discourse in BJP right by adopting the formula of the political re organization of the State to uphold the Northern Frontier in the Himalayas.’
