KATRA, Oct 23: An elderly pilgrim was killed due to suspected cardiac arrest near Mata Vaishnodevi Bhawan last evening.
He has been identified as 62-year-old Harbir Singh, hailing from Gaziabad in UP. Near Himkoti, enroute Mata Vaishnodevi Bhawan, he fell unconscious and was rushed to nearby dispensary where he was declared as dead. The body was sent to his home town after performing legal formalities by Katra police.
