KATRA, Mar 23: A pilgrim from Chandigarh died due to cardiac arrest at Mata Vaishno Devi Bhawan, here today.
The deceased was identified as Surender Kumar, son of Paras Ram, resident of H. No. 1378-B, Sector 39-B, Chandigarh. He suddenly fell unconscious near Pony stand Bhawan. He was immediately shifted to Dispensary Bhawan where doctors declared him as brought dead.
Later, dead body of the deceased was shifted to CHC Katra.
