UDHAMPUR, June 15: A meeting of PHE Workers Welfare Association Udhampur district was held under the president ship of district general secretary Vipan Dubey.
In the meeting a large number of employees of Ramnagar, Samna Banj, Shertari, Dalser, Kirmu, Chenani, Sudhmahadev, Mazalta, Mansar, Jib, Thathi, Krimchi, Salmari, Chak, Padano, Tirchi, Gandala, Narote and Pathi Pangara were present.
During the meet, Vipan Dubey highlighted the problems of employees and criticized the Government for its alleged anti employees policies. He demanded regularization of the C P Workers under SRO 64 and release of their pending wages of 18 months. Demanding enhancement in the daily wages of C P Workers, the meet unanimously passed a resolution to start agitation if the Government does not concede genuine demands of the employees.
The meeting was also addressed by Rakesh Verma, Ashok Kumar, Ram Singh Pathania, Mohd Shakoor, Madan Lal, Mohd Saleem, Ajay Smalia, Tilak Raj Bhardwaj, Hans Raj, Hem Raj, Des Raj, Mohd Sadiq, Kulbhushan Sharma, Bodh Raj, Kamdev Singh, Nasib Singh, Tarsem Lal, Pritam Sharma, Balbir Singh, Polla Ram and Deepak Kumar.
