JAMMU, July 22: All J&K PHE ITI Trained and Land Donor Workers Association here today staged a protest demonstration demanding regularisation of their services.
Addressing the protesters, Tanveer Hussain, Association president said for the last over 20 years the successive Governments in the State have not fulfilled the demand of these workers regarding their regularisation and release of their pending wages.

“This has badly affected the financial condition of these workers and they face problems in running their home and in taking care of their children,” he further said adding that there are about 23,000 such workers in Jammu province and 9,000 in Kashmir province.
The protesters demanded intervention of the Governor so resolve their issue so that they can be regularised and their pending wages be released.
