JAMMU, Oct 23: Employee of Public Health Engineering (PHE) Department was found dead under mysterious circumstances near bank of river Tawi in Narayan Khoo area.
The deceased was identified as Ravi Kumar (45), son of Tirth Ram, a resident of Narayan Khoo.
After conducting post-mortem, the body of the deceased was handed over to legal heirs for last rites.
Inquest proceedings under Section 174 CrPC have been initiated by Nagrota Police in this regard.
