JAMMU, July 16: Fresh election of the PHE Department Drivers and Cleaners Union was held here, in which office bearers for district Udhampur were unanimously elected.
Surjeet Singh (Shadi) was elected as president, Resham Din as general secretary, Rajinder Kumar Sharma as vice-president, Himat Singh as cashier and Sanjay Sharma as office secretary. Retired Chauffer Puran Chand and Ishwar Singh were nominated as Advisor of the Union.
The election was held under the supervision of Kartar Chand Dubey, Naresh Kumar Khajuria and Davinder Singh.
