JAMMU, July 29: A delegation led by Rahul Sahai Chair PHDCCI Jammu Chapter along with Kuldeep Gupta Co Chair PHDCCI Jammu Chapter and senior members Shantnu Gupta, Arush Mahajan from IT sector and Amarpreet Singh, Resident Officer, PHDCCI Jammu met Sunit Kumar President J&K Bank Jammu Division in his office today
Rahul Sahai apprised him about the activities PHD Chamber of Industries and Commerce is doing in J&K and nationwide. He said that J&K Bank is always called as our own bank and team J&K Bank is maintaining that confidence among Citizens of UT.
Rahul Sahai said that there is a great need to create awareness amongst the Start Up’s, MSME’s regarding various financial schemes of the bank available for them. He proposed that educational programs can be conducted in Universities, Industrial areas in collaboration with PHD Chamber.
Sahai said that there is need of Skill Education based loans. He suggested designing loans according to requirement of students so that purpose of producing local skilled manpower be accomplished. Other suggestions like Robust Digital Marketing, Online banking training video’s, Single window complaints redressal, Marketing of properties on auction, Opening up new SME branches near new Industrial estates, At Par Netbanking / Mpay services with other banks , Reward program for regular account were given.
Issues like account statements not showing all entries, disparity in rate of interest, mishandling of customers, genuine valuation of mortgaged properties, reduction in valuation charges, payout on auto loan business , Direct incentives to dealership manpower were also discussed.
Sunit Kumar gave a patient hearing to all the issues , suggestions put forth by Rahul Sahai and said that due consideration will be given to all. Kumar thanked Rahul Sahai Chair PHDCCI for bringing in his notice various issues and suggestions given by the Chamber. He said that such interactions with stakeholder are very important so that timely solution of the issues can be done as assured that PHD Chamber Jammu will always be invited for such more interactions.
Rajesh Dubey, Deputy General Manager, Zonal Head Jammu and Rohit Kumar In charge Advances and other Officials of J&K Bank were also present in the meeting.
