POONCH, July 6: Due to total neglect and callous attitude of the concerned authorities Pharamanar to Harni Road via Parat of Mendhar Sub Division in Poonch district is lying in bad condition with hundreds of potholes all over.
Inhabitants of Parat, Pharamanar, Harni villages and adjoining areas are suffering because of the worst condition of the road, which requires immediate repair / black topping.
A number of villages like Parat, Pharamanar, Harni, Nakahmanghari, Mohra Kallar and Jaranwali Gali are linked to Harni through this road. Five kilometer stretch of this PMGSY road is in worst condition from Pharamanar Morh to Harni via Parat . This is the only surface link for these people to Tehsil headquarters Mendhar.
Locals of the area alleged that no action has been taken by the PMGSY authorities and the local administration despite repeated requests to improve the road. The general public has been left to suffer.
