JAMMU, Jan 29: Vijay Kumar has been elected as president while Niranjan Sharma as vice president of J&K PG Masters Association (Annamalai University passed out) for Jammu.
In a meeting of the PG Masters held here today, the new body was framed to launch struggle in support of their demand. Mohd Aslam has been unanimously elected as president for Kashmir and Mohd Altaf as vice president. The other office bearers were also elected. They criticized the School Education authorities for delaying the DPC of the Masters of Science subjects, specially those who passed out from Annamalai University. They alleged that University was recognized by UGC and its courses as well and despite assurance by Minister and the Director School Education the promotion list was pending for the last one and half year.
