JAMMU, June 21: The people from Amb- Gharota and Bhalwal area of district Jammu strongly projected the issues of water – power scarcity and worst condition of roads in the Block before the SDM North today.
During a camp held at Panchayat Ghar, Amb in Bhalwal block today, the former Sarpanches and Pachnes projected several local issues before the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Jammu North Mohd Alyas Khan. Tehsildar Bhalwal, Mohit Gupta, officers from Health, PWD (R&B), PDD, RDD, PHE etc also present on the occasion.
The people apprised the SDM of various problems being faced by them which included scarcity of drinking water, electricity, black topping of roads, requirement of electric polls etc. In the camp 28 Income Certificates, 06 Inheritance Mutations, 12 Nakals, 07 Category Certificates were also issued to the public. The SDM directed the officers to resolve the issues raised by the public immediately.
