The protestors raised slogans against Education Department  and  BJP-PDP Govt seeking the cancellation of  the transfer orders of  the  ZEO, Dudu. They said that this officer   had full tenure in Inderwal area of Kishtwar and was now placed in his own area but was lifted on the political considerations just within 6 months. He has been punished by Govt being an honest and affective officer.

Being  a member of a marginalized Gaddi community and un-influential,  Jagan  was unceremoniously removed and posted as Head Master in HS Sia-Merri which amounted  to his demotion. He called upon the Govt to explain the reasons for his pre-mature transfer failing which the Gaddi Community shall resort to agitational course in Dudu -Basantgarh Sub Divisions.
Amar Nath and  Sheru Ram  retired  Education Officers of  the area expressed their indignation over the pre-mature transfer of ZEO  questioned the desperation of  the newly posted ZEO,  Tara Nath to seek posting in the said Zone and his over zealousness to join in such remote area despite  residing  in Udhampur city.
