JAMMU, Dec 13: Continuing door-to-door campaign in Jammu-West segment, Independent candidate from Jammu-West Assembly constituency Dr. Anil Kumar Dhar alleged that people of Jammu West were bearing the brunt of hollow promises made by Coalition Government and concerned MLAs, who he claimed was playing politics over the miseries of people since independence.
Dr Anil while addressing the local residents at Manda, Old and New Rehari and its adjoining areas in the constituency during door to door said, “The reality is what you know and you are bearing the brunt of hollow promises and this is not the time to play politics over the people who have already deprived of basic amenities including development and other issues which were remained unaddressed by the concerned elected MLAs.”
“This is the time to address their miseries and take care of their daily needs but the Government is not paying any attention,” he alleged and added, “My vision for Jammu-West constituency’s development and social uplift is clear. The developmental works are done by hard work and not through hollow promises,” he added.
He added the residents of the constituency will not tolerate being humiliated by State Government and concerned MLAs since more than six decades, but in reality, the people are still survival.
Earlier, the resident of the constituency complained that they have been ignored so far and wanted total change who are still fed-up with existing MLA. They also assured their full support to Dr. Anil Dhar by pressing the button of Battery Torch so that his voice will become effective in J&K Assembly.”
