RAJOURI Feb 4: BJP J&K general secretary and former MLC, Vibodh Gupta strongly asserted that under the veil of Article 370 and 35 A leaders of PDP, NC, and Congress grabbed State land and illegally constructed their bungalows, hotels, and industries. This he said clearly shows how these people have looted J&K during past 70 years. Vibodh made these remarks while addressing media persons here today .
“The Nawabs of PDP, NC, and Congress are worried as the Government is retrieving land encroached upon by them. Under the guise of Article 370 and 35 A, they started to consider Jammu and Kashmir as their estate and grabbed State land but the anti-encroachment drive will retrieve every inch of State land illegally occupied by them, said Vibodh.
Praising LG, Manoj Sinha, Vibodh said, ” LG Sahab has ensured that no poor person is affected by the anti-encroachment drive “. The Government at the Centre is pro poor and is for poor and marginalised section of the society and not for the elite corrupt people.
This he said is the main reason that LG administration has taken a good decision of not taking any action of the small land holdings of poor people. He also complimented LG for taking this bold and historic decision.
Speaking on PM Narendra Modi-led Central Government, Vibodh highlighted the fact that under PM Awas Yojna more than 70 lakh homes have been constructed and handed over to the beneficiaries. He further said that our Government brought electricity to the remote villages of J&K where the previous Government of NC, PDP and Congress failed to ensure basic amenities like electricity. Today these corrupt politicians are running from pillar to post to cover their misdeeds of past 70 years. Overall this decision is in line with the vision of PM Modi for the new Jammu & Kashmir and will have far reaching implications for the people of J&K.
