JAMMU, Apr 2: The PDP Minority Cell leaders launched door to door campaign asking the displaced people to vote for their party candidates Tassaduq Mufti contesting from Anantnag Parliamentary Constituency and Nazir Ahmed Khan contesting from Srinagar Lok Sabha Constituency in the by-elections to be held on April 12 and 9 respectively.
They also appealed people to fill up their M Forms in large numbers. The PDP leaders who participated in the campaign were led by A K Sidha president Minority Cell and he was accompanied by R K Pardesi, S K Raina, Sunil Bhat and Maharaj Krishan Raina.
Besides the other migrant leaders who also held door to door campaign in different migrant colonies included Nana Ji Wattal, Nana Ji ex Sarpanch, Sunil Bhat, Ashok Dhar, Durga Nath, C L Dadroo, M K Bhat, Ramesh Kaul (Jagti), Anu Ji , B L Kaul and Daleep Ji.
Meanwhile the president of Nagbal Prabhandak Committee Anantnag M K Bambroo and president Bijebehara Prabandhak Committee also held a joint meeting and appealed people to fill up their M Forms.
