PDP-BJP change in J&K for worse: Omar

SRINAGAR:
Alleging that there was a change for worse in Jammu and Kashmir after Narendra Modi-Mufti Mohammad Sayeed accord, former Chief Minister Omar Abdullah takes a dig at Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) for paying stipen for years together to new recruits in the State.
The working president of main opposition National Conference (NC) tweeted, Masarat Alam detained under PSA & shifted to Jammu; new recruits to be paid stipend for years together & @jkpdp promised voters a CHANGE???.”
He was referring to election manifesto of PDP in which it was promised to release all political prisoners in the State. This @jkpdp & @BJP4India Govt after the Modi/Mufti accord is a change alright but a change for the worse, no doubt about it, Mr Abdullah said. (AGENCIES)
