DODA, July 23: A Power Development Department (PDD) employee died due to fall from electric pole, here today.
As per police sources, an employee of PDD was repairing some fault, when he suddenly fell down from the electric pole near his house and died on the spot.
The deceased has been identified as Dharam Singh (40), a resident of Jodhpur, District Doda.
The body of the deceased has been shifted to mortuary of District Hospital Doda for postmortem, which will be conducted tomorrow.
Doda police has taken cognizance in this regard.
