Pulwama, July 26: Power Development Department casual labourers staged a protest against the Government for not releasing their monthly wages for the last several years.
President PDD casual labourers, Mohammad Yousuf said the department has withheld their salaries from last two years despite taking full day work from them.
The president threatened to intensify their agitation if Government does not redress their demands at the earliest.
The protesting labourers said that all the labourers from the Kashmir division will launch a Secretariat Gherao on Monday.
