Pawan Gupta kick starts black topping of road

UDHAMPUR, Jan 2: After a gap of long period, a link road from Johnu Barta to Government Higher Secondary School Barta is being black topped on the initiative taken by MLA Udhampur Pawan Gupta.
The work was formally launched by the MLA during a function, organized by the local people under the leadership of Sarpanch Mohan Lal. Panch Indu Ram and Bishan Dass Samaliya were also present on this occasion.
While addressing the people of Barta Panchayat, MLA Pawan Gupta said  that his only and only priority was development of Udhampur Assembly Constituency. He disclosed that his next mission for Barta Panchayat was  the construction of Barta road via Dadar, Ritti, Narri Pulli.
Pawan Gupta said it was  unfortunate that discrimination  with Jammu region was still continue in J&K as BJP MLAs have  closed their eyes and become  puppets of PDP masters.
Earlier, Sarpanch Mohan Lal said that it was long pending demand of this Panchayat. He further said that many leaders of different politiclal parties came there  and made commitment for the construction of this road but nothing was done in this regard.
He also highlighted some other local issues and demanded  new ration card to the people of Barta Panchayat.
