UDHAMPUR, Dec 25: A large number of the workers and supporters of newly elected MLA from Udhampur Assembly Constituency Pawan Gupta along with Sarpanches and Panches gathered at his residence to congratulate him for his success in the election.
They garlanded Mr Gupta who is going to represent them in the State Assembly.
While addressing the workers Pawan Gupta said that people of Udhampur Assembly Constituency did their job by casting their vote in his favour for becoming their voice in the Assembly and now it is his turn to prove himself and come up to their expectations. Gupta said that development, best health services, regular supply of drinking water, electricity and foodgrains in Ration Depots, good education, decent road connectivity and employment to the unemployed youths are his priorities and main agenda. He said that he is dedicating his victory to the people of Udhampur who voted for him in adverse conditions.
