Pathania raises issues before LG

UDHAMPUR, Sept 8: J&K BJP Spokesperson and former MLA Ramnagar, R.S Pathania here today raised various development related issues before J&K Lieutenant Governor, Manoj Sinha during latter’s Udhampur visit.
Pathania demanded completion of development projects in stipulated timeframe without compromising quality.
He claimed unnecessary hindrances by Forest Department in these projects and submitted a detailed memorandum containing demands.
The BJP leader demanded a Commission to probe Shiv Raj murder case to ensure that all the complaints of extortion, exploitation, sexual exploitation etc should be registered against the criminals and the case be taken to logical conclusion at the earliest.
Pathania also demanded action against the guilty officers and tracing of the body of Shiv Raj.
He further demanded that 52 meter bridge across Ujjh at Siameri should be fast-tracked and operationalised.
Other demands of Pathania included immediate repair of Roun-Ramnagar road, foot-bridges across Ujh in Basantgarh at Jhanju and Oru points and at many other places and Kokani bridge at Latti-Pachound Road from Berrian to Ujh Bridge (Kathua) via Marta.
His more demands also included bridges at many more places.
The BJP leader further demanded that Sri Chountra Mata and Sri Pingla Mata temples should be taken over by SMVD Shrine Board and National Highway should be constructed from Sudh Mahadev to Ramnagar.
He also demanded a Cultural Center-cum-theater at Mansar or Ramnagar where teeming talent of local folk artists, singers and dancers can find a viable opportunity.
