UDHAMPUR, Feb 10: Pradesh Youth Congress general secretary, R S Pathania has demanded Industrial Training Institute (ITI) at Majalta and Basantgarh.
In a press statement issued here, the PYC leader said that to meet the vocational education needs of the area, establishment of ITI was necessary at these two places. He said unemployment has been the major problem in these under-developed areas. The youth of this belt are dependent only on Udhampur ITI. The backward areas of Dudu-Lati and Basantgarh should also be provided the much needed benefit, he added.
