MAJALTA, Nov 10: R S Pathania, general secretary, J&K Pradesh Youth Congress, has fired a salvo against the local administration for unleashing a worst reign of underdevelopment, misgovernance, corruption and administrative isolation in the Majalta and Ramnagar area.
Chairing a largely-attended monthly meeting of Congress workers at Bharnara and other spot-meetings at Deot, Baryalta, Pardeha, Pathania said that Higher Secondary Schools at Khoon, Thail and Mansar are without well-equipped laboratories and libraries. No playground facility is available in these higher secondary schools besides lack of drinking water, toilets and other basic facilities.
He demanded sanctioning of a Degree College and ITI at Majalta and separate developmental blocks for Deot and Manwal.
