Pathak gets addl charge

JAMMU, May 16: The Government today assigned additional charge of Chief Executive Officer (CEO Jammu and Kashmir Energy Development Agency (JAKEDA) to Bipul Pathak, Principal Secretary to the Lt Governor after shifting the incumbent Owais Ahmed to General Administration department for further posting.
According to two separate orders, Owais Ahmed, CEO JKEDA), has been transferred to GAD for further posting, but he will continue to work in COVID-19 mitigation activities in Kashmir Division.
The charge of CEO JKEDA has been assigned to Bipul Pathak, Principal Secretary to the Lt Governor, who is already holding additional charge of Administrative Secretary, Science & Technology and Information Technology Department.
Meanwhile, according to another order, six officers have been have deployed with Nodal Officer/overall incharge at Railway Station Katra and Deputy Commissioner Jammu for assisting in Coronavirus mitigation efforts, in addition to their own duties.
Tasaduq Jeelani, Special Secretary to the Government, Social Welfare Department, Anil Sharma, CEO Tourism development Authority Kishtwar and Akhtar Qazi, Collector Land Acquisition, Defence, Udhampur has been deployed with Nodal Officer/overall incharge at Railway Station Katra.
Sukhpal Singh, Deputy Secretary Jal Shakti Department, Sudhir Bali, Assistant Commissioner Revenue, JMC and Parvail Ahmad Naik, Sub-Registrar Chenani, has been deployed with Deputy Commissioner Jammu.
