JAMMU, June 8: Vadodara, Gujarat based Parul University has opened new Career Counselling Offices in Jammu.
This was stated by the official of the University while interacting with media persons here today.

He stated that the University will be establishing its career counselling centres in the Jammu, Parul University 2nd Floor, KC Plaza Residency Road Near Raghunath Bazaar Jammu so as to provide students across Jammu with enriching opportunities to enhance their knowledge.
“The university has expanded its wings and offers 450 diploma, undergraduate and postgraduate programs. It has also been recognized for providing students with the best career opportunities as it was awarded as the best University in placements by ASSOCHAM, as it successfully fulfilled the career dreams of over 17 000 students through lucrative placement opportunities. The University will be bringing such opportunities to the State through its newly established academic counselling centres which will align the students with the numerous career possibilities”, he informed.
He stated that to provide every student with the opportunity to learn, the University has created the most affordable streams for financial aid and scholarships to support students throughout their studies. The range of scholarships offered include merit based scholarships, sports scholarships, armed force scholarships and cultural scholarships for students talented in various areas, This University has redefined the term career, by guiding students with countless career opportunities through Armed Forces Motivation, Civil Service Coaching, Global Pathway opportunities amongst other areas. More than 800 students have taken part in Exchange Programs, and over 300 visiting students from Europe and America have visited the campus, the official stated.
