Srinagar, Sept 26: Members of the Parliamentary Committee on Raj Bhasha today visited the historic Ghanta Ghar here, capturing memorable moments against the backdrop of the iconic monument.

Lok Sabha Member, Sham Singh Yadav, a member of the committee, expressed his purpose for being in Srinagar. “We have arrived here as part of the Parliamentary Committee on Raj Bhasha and have had the privilege of visiting Srinagar on numerous occasions,” he said.
He emphasized the importance of fostering brotherly relations among the people and suggested that the India Alliance would work towards eliminating the BJP’s influence entirely.
Rajya Sabha MP from Karnataka, Iranna Kadadi, shared his perspective on the visit, stating, “I have come here as a dedicated worker and am delighted to have taken several photographs to commemorate this experience.”
He expressed optimism about the region’s current situation and anticipated further development in the future.
Darmindra Kashyap, another member of the committee, noted the visible happiness among the local populace and attributed the area’s progress to the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
The members of the committee said that the visit to Srinagar not only offered them a chance to explore the historical significance of Ghanta Ghar but also allowed them to witness the ongoing changes on ground.
