DODA, Dec 01. The staff of Government degree college Doda under the supervision of Principal GDC R.K.Raina today organized an impressive function in college auditorium in which large number of students from all the streams participated.
MLA Doda Shakti Raj Parihar was chief Guest on the occasion. He inaugurated the Vehicle bearing number JK06-9994 donated by him to the college out of Constituency development fund (CDF).
Dr. R.K.Raina Principal GDC-Doda welcomed the chief guest and others participants and highlighted the achievements of the institution in recent years. He informed the MLA that a large number of students who graduated from this institution are presently holding important places in various government offices. He also apprised the MLA about certain problems faced by the institution. Parihar promised to consider their genuine demands.
MLA Doda while addressing the students deliberated upon hard work and consistency as the only means of achieving success. He asked the students to put in their best with sincerity and try to develop intellectual outlook. He wished them luck for their bright future.
