Panel set up for settlement of claims

JAMMU, May 9: The Government has constituted a committee to hold deliberation with M/s Larsen and Tourbo for amicable settlement of their claims pertaining to the construction of 18.5 kilometers external access road to Sawlakote.
According to the order, Financial Commissioner Finance Department will be the Chairman of the committee, while Principal Secretary, Planning, Development and Monitoring Department, Secretary, Power Development Department, Managing Director, J&K Power Development Corporation, Secretary, Department of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs and Executive Director (Civil) J&K Power Development Department will be its members.
