Panel of lawyers approved for HC, RTI cases

JAMMU, Apr 21: High Court has approved panel of lawyers for conducting cases for and against the High Court/Subordinate Courts before the High Court at Jammu/Srinagar.
As per the order, for Jammu Province, Senior Advocate Pranav Kohli, Advocates H A Siddiqui, Rajnish Raina and Aditya Gupta have been assigned the High Court cases while as Advocate Basir Manzoor Keng has been assigned the High Court and RTI cases.
For Kashmir province, Senior Advocate Mohammad Ishaq Qadri and Advocate Atir Javed have been assigned the High Court cases while as Advocates Zeenat Nazir and Shah Amir have been assigned the High Court and RTI cases.
“The empanelled lawyers shall ensure to secure the interest of the High Court and shall pursue the cases vigorously and inform the Registrar General accordingly”, read the order.
