JAMMU, Dec 25: Pt Prem Nath Bhat Memorial Trust in its meeting here today has reiterated its demand for Constitution of Kashmiri Hindu Shrines and Temples Prabandhak Board and passage of the Bill tables since in State Assembly in this regard.
The meeting said the formation of Board will come a long way in protection and preservation of Hindu shrines which are heritage centers in Valley and which have suffered an immense damage due to lack of proper attention and care during turmoil period.
The meeting, which was held in connection with celebration of Chetna Divas falling on December 27 also expressed concern over delay in enhancement of cash relief to migrants, delay in implementation of PM’s employment package and power crisis in Jagti township.
The meeting urged the Government to take immediate steps in solving the problems of displaced people from Valley.
