Panasonic launches Eluga X1, Eluga X1 Pro

JAMMU, Oct 4: Panasonic has launched two new smartphones Eluga X1 and Eluga X1 Pro.
Both smartphones come with an edge-to-edge display sporting a notch at the top, stainless steel body, and AI capabilities. Both smartphones are equipped with dual AI cameras at the back, and the front camera also supports infrared-based face unlock technology. Both smartphones also come with AI-powered ARBO Hub, the AI assistant from Panasonic that learns about your preferences and offers recommendations based on that.
Unveiled by the brand ambassador of the Panasonic Smartphone Business, Taapsee Pannu along with Manish Sharma, President and CEO and Pankaj Rana, Head Mobility Division, Eluga X1 and X1 Pro are competitively priced at Rs 22990 and Rs 26990 respectively.
Both smartphones share identical hardware with minor differences. You get a 6.18-inch Full HD+ display with a notch that houses a front camera, sensors and earpiece. Under the hood, both are equipped with a MediaTek Helio P60 SoC with an octa-core CPU. The Eluga X1 comes 4GB RAM and 64GB storage, whereas the Eluga X1 Pro comes with 6GB of RAM and 128GB storage.
Both smartphones come with a dual-camera setup at the back comprising of a 16-megapixel primary camera and a 5-megapixel depth sensor. For selfies, there’s a 16-megapixel front snapper. Armed with a 3,000mAh battery, both devices come with connectivity options such as Bluetooth, GPS, Wi-Fi, dual SIM card slots, 4G VoLTE, and USB Type-C port. The “Pro” model also comes with Wireless Charging capabilities. Both devices run Android 8.1 Oreo OS.
