Pak’s audacious attitude

Sir,
Pakistan as usual has shown its brazen face by not inviting Speaker of the Legislative Assembly of the State to the upcoming Common Wealth Parliamentary conference to be held in Islamabad from September 3rd to October 8. Sartaj Aziz the Security Advisor has said that his country does not recognize and accept the J&K Assembly and that seventy percent of delegates have confirmed their participation and that Pak will go ahead with its programme. India has taken a very strong exception to such a blatant approach of Pakistan in not inviting  the J&K Assembly Speaker. India has decided not to participate in that conference because from all practical ends Kashmir is an integral part of India-historically, diplomatically and politically. Such rhetoric on the part of Pakistan can’t be accepted by any country because the historical fact can’t be falsified by such preposterous pretexts. Such a myopic approach will further estrange relations between the two  countries. So Pak is advised to understand the reality regarding the annexation of J&K state to India which has also been accepted by UN resolutions. So instead of working on these pretexts, Pak should come to the terms and work for improving Indo-Pak relations.
Yours etc…
