JAMMU : Pakistan troops again violated ceasefire and fired small arms and Rocket Propelled Grenade (RPG) at Indian posts in the Mendhar area along the Line of Control in Poonch district of Jammu and Kashmir.
“Indian troops retaliated effectively by caliber weapons while no damage or injury has been reported in the incident which took place from 1230 hrs to 1340 hrs,” said an official.
Yesterday also, the neighbouring country violated the truce in Mendhar and Gambhir sectors of Poonch. (agencies)
