ISLAMABAD : Pakistan Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif today
said the country cannot be left in the hands of militants.
Addressing a summit against terrorism, Mr Sharif said unusual conditions have to be tackled through unusual means. He emphasised on the security and safety of people of all religions in the country.
He warned that anyone found involved in terrorism-related activities would be dealt with severely. He also assured the meeting that his government would strictly implement whatever strategy the intelligence agencies drew up to counter terrorism. (AGENCIES)
