Pak violates ceasefire in Rajouri, Poonch; India retaliates

JAMMU: Pakistan troops on Tuesday yet again violated the ceasefire by firing unprovoked in Rajouri and Poonch areas along the Line of Control.

Defence spokesman here said, “at about 2030 hours, Pak initiated unprovoked ceasefire violation by firing with Small Arms and shelling with Mortars along LoC in Manjakote Sector of District Rajouri.”

“Indian Army is retaliating befittingly,” he added.

Meanwhile, at the same time, Pakistan also resorted to unprovoked firing in Balakote sector of Poonch. (AGENCIES)
