JAMMU, July 30: Pakistan army again violated ceasefire, second during the last two days, on the Line of Control (LoC) in Nowshera sector of Rajouri district tonight.
Official sources said Pakistan army started firing using light weapons and MMGs at Baba Khori in Nowshera sector at 10.30 pm.
The Indian side retaliated effectively, leading to exchanges, which continued for some time. However, there were no casualties or damage on the Indian side in the fresh ceasefire violation by Pakistan army in Nowshera sector, where heavy mortar shelling and firing had taken place last week.
Last night, Pakistan army had violated ceasefire in Digwar sector of Poonch district.
