JAMMU: Pakistan, in yet another truce violation, fired small arms in Samba Sector of Jammu region.
“Pakistani Rangers this afternoon fired three rounds of small arms at a forward BoP in Samba Sector,” police sources here said.
They said that BSF troops effectively retaliated with similar calibre weapons. “Exchange of fire lasted for few minutes while no damage or injury was reported,” they added. Unprovoked fire from across the border came amid Indo-Pak DG level border talks. (AGENCIES)
