Pak can’t weaken India by launching attacks: Sethi

JAMMU, May 7: BJP senior leader and J&K vice-president, Yudhvir Sethi appreciated the security forces in the Kashmir Valley for taking avenge of Handwara martyrs’ by killing Hizbul dreaded terrorist.
In a statement issued here, today, Sethi said that the neighbouring country could not weaken India by orchestrating such attacks. “The security forces are strong enough to give befitting reply to Pakistan for its cowardice acts”, he added.
“Security forces have been given complete freedom. Our neighbouring country, which has been isolated internationally, thinks such terror attacks can destabilise us, but their plans will not materialize,” he said.
“BJP Government working under the leadership of Prime Minister, Narendra Modi at the Centre will firmly continue the policy of ‘zero tolerance’ against terrorism and extremism and will continue to follow the policy of giving a free hand to security forces,” Sethi emphasized.
In a major success for the armed forces, top Hizb-ul-Mujahideen terrorist Riyaz Naikoo was killed, along with his associate Adil during an encounter in Awantipora, Pulwama on Wednesday. Naikoo, 35, was an A++ category terrorist who carried a bounty of Rs 12 lakh on his head.
Sethi said that the valiant soldiers showed exemplary courage in their fight against the terrorists and made supreme sacrifice while serving the country. “I salute their courage and service towards the nation and extend my profound and heartfelt condolences to the families of these brave-hearts,” Sethi added.
