Pak behind killings: Guv

JAMMU, Oct 17: Governor Satya Pal Malik said today that the matter of the three civilian deaths in Kashmir was of grave concern, and claimed Pakistan’s hand in the killings.
“This is a matter of grave concern, poor people who are migrating to the State to earn livelihood are being killed like this,” Malik told a national news channel.
He said this is happening on Pakistan’s directions to create disturbances in the State.
“We will not allow this to happen. We will not spare such people,” the Governor said.
Malik said that there is no plan to resume pre-paid mobile service since “Pakistani nationals would misuse this”.
“We will start Internet services only when situation improves,” he added.
It may be mentioned here that the militants had recently killed an apple merchant, a truck driver transporting apples and a Chhattisgarh labourer in the Kashmir valley.
