JAMMU, May 10: 1ST School Level Poster making Painting competition was held at Kala Kendra, here.
The themes of the competition were ‘Blood Donation’, ‘Save Environment’ and ‘Save Water’
The competition was organized by Confederation for Development of Sports & Culture J&K.
Noted educationist B L Koul was the chief guest o the occasion, while the panel of adjudicators was headed by artist Deepak Sharma.
Around 100 students drawn from various schools of Jammu participated in the competition.
Prityakshi Gandhi of KC International School won first place on the theme Blood Donation, while Kavya Aggarwal of GD Goenka and Ridhima of KC International School bagged second and third spot respectively.
On the Save Environment, Shruti Devi of Army Public School, Ashmit of GD Goenka and Vishaka of KV School Bantalab won first, second and third spot respectively on the topic Save Environment, while Vardan of KC Gurukul, Divyansh of GD Goenka and Riya Choushary of Army Public School claimed first three positions respectively on the topic Save Water.
