JAMMU, Mar 23: Pace Hyundai, Jammu, has launched the sixth generation model of its popular mid-level Sedan all-new Verna at a starting price of Rs 10.89 lakh.
It was launched by DIG, Traffic Police, Shridhar Patil in the presence of Pace Auto Aids Pvt. Ltd. CEO, Sahil Mahajan, Harinder (Vicky) Mahajan and staff members of Pace Hyundai.
The all-new Verna is offered in three transmission options: six-speed manual, IVT and seven-speed DCT with the top model costing Rs 17, 37,900.
A press statement said that the all-new Verma will be available in two engine options-1.5 L (1500 cc) producing 143.8 Nm of torque at 4,500 rpm and 1.5 L Turbo GDi Petrol churning 253 Nm torque at 1500-3500 rpm.
“It comes with 30 standard safety features including 6 Airbags (Driver, Passenger, Side & Curtain), as well as 65 + Advanced Safety features like – Electronic stability control (ESC) with VSM, Hill assist control (HAC), all wheel disc brakes, EPB, ECM, TPMS (Highline) and more,” reads the statement.
“It is all set to redefine benchmarks for its segment with 26 First and Best in Segment features,” it further reads.
In his address, DIG Patil, who was chief guest on the occasion, said he was highly impressed by the features that the all-new Verna sedan offers and hoped that it would be immensely liked by car lovers.
