SRINAGAR, June 20: Continuing its efforts to curb the outbreak of 2nd wave of Coronavirus, police today said to have recovered over Rs 8 Lakh from over 5000 COVID SOP violators across Kashmir Valley
“During the last 24 hours Police have arrested 11 persons, lodged 02 FIRs and also realized fine to the tune of ?8,41,790/- from 5283 people throughout the Kashmir valley for violating the various guidelines/rules/SOPs regarding Covid-19,” police said.
It said that the special drive against the violators of Covid-19 rules continued throughout all the districts of Kashmir Valley to ensure that people adhere to SOPs envisaged by the government to curb the COVID-19 pandemic.
